Log washer and Pan Mixer
Updated Experienced Technology: Double Shaft Mode Prewashing Machines WTR
to wash very dirty raw materials up to approx. 100 mm grain size with max. 20 % sand.
We have been building log washers in various sizes with a throughput of up to 200m³/h. The intensive friction and scrubbing effect on the intermeshing paddles tumbles the washed material in the bottom of the water, thus the dirt is loosened. (Apart from non-water soluble materials). Wooden parts are flushed out at the overflow, pieces of which are located at the front and side of the tub.
Continuous High Performance Pan Mixer Type: TM
The perfect continuous pan mixer for mineral concrete and anti-freezing material. This is symbolic of Kleemann: well thought-out and robust construction. The material stream, which is fed on one side of the mixing pan, will be mixed by means of staggered stirring arms.
The pan mixer is connected with a separate feed hopper for single grain loading. The pan mixer and separate feeder are mounted together on a chassis frame and moved by a gear motor.
