Classifying from coarse to fine material: Economic and adaptable for maximum performance under all conditions with the robust screening machines VU of Kleemann Screens are used predominantly in the stone and earth business to classify sand, gravels and ballast, and in a large scale to recycle asphalt-, rubble- and difficult material. See below some examples from our range: The VUSt is specifically designed for the primary scalping of large feed material and the classifying of blasted rocks and to separate fine to middle-coarse sizes after the primary crusher.  The VUF range is designed for dry screening, sizing and washing applications; it can be fitted with water spray nozzles and comes in various sizes depending on the tonnage requirements.  The VUFH series the so called Banana Screen is suitable for fine screening and the design allows for better separation compared to a standard flat screen.  The VUG/St series is used for material which is difficult to separate, especially when processing recycled material from old dumps.  Pe-screening machines series of VUS/St are specially designed for the recycling-preparation.  Wobbler feeders The reliable and robust classifying machines. Primarily wobbler feeders type RRS in heavy execution; can be mounted in primary crusher plants both mobile and static as primary classifying machine.  Primary wobbler feeders are perfect for separating fine-material from extremely soiled and cohesive feed material. It achieves good material transport of the coarse material during the classifying process and has a positive effect on the feed to the crushers.  Secondary wobbler feeder type RRL used to classify tacky and cohesive earthy feeding material, smallest separation-size approximately 20 mm.
